IQC — Incoming Quality Control
All raw materials and components are inspected upon arrival against specification sheets before entering the production floor.
IPQC — In-Process Quality Control
QC inspectors monitor each production stage — from motor winding to final assembly — catching issues before they become defects.
OQC — Outgoing Quality Control
Every finished unit undergoes electrical safety testing, performance verification, and visual inspection before packing and shipment.
